Our Program

Designed to embrace a family-oriented approach, MDS operates to educate and empower families to realize the full potential of their child.

As families begin to understand the unique needs of their child, they can provide better support to their child through daily activities designed to promote communicative interaction and sensory processing.

Objectives of Our Program:

  • Identify specific developmental disabilities in children that hinder sensory development or affect specific aspects of a child’s vision or hearing.

  • Identify specific developmental disabilities in children that hinder development of fine motor, gross motor, cognitive, and communication skills.

  • Implement and maintain an early intervention program that promotes progress in overall development; focusing on sensory processing.

  • Empower families by intensifying their awareness of their child’s special needs, thereby increasing effective interaction and participation with their child which will impact his or her development for life.
